This site describes Clausewall and a free pilot. Content is informational. Nothing here is legal, tax, or compliance advice.

2. Pilot requests

Submitting the form requests contact about a free pilot. A pilot starts only under a separate written pilot agreement. We may decline any request.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or unauthorized personal data, or use the site to send spam.

4. Intellectual property and third-party names

Site content is owned by the operator or licensors. Third-party product names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify systems you may already use. No affiliation, endorsement, or partnership is implied.

5. No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from site use is limited to NIS 500 or amounts you paid for site access (if any), whichever is greater. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded where allowed. Mandatory Israeli-law liability that cannot be limited remains. The operator is a sole trader; contractual caps are not a corporate shield.

8. Governing law

Laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, without prejudice to any mandatory protections that may apply.
