Free exposure scan (/scan)
- HubSpot CSV exports and optional agent/workflow logs are analyzed in your browser only. Those files are not uploaded to Clausewall servers.
- If you choose “Get the full report + 30-day pilot” after a scan, we store your email (and optional name/company), consent, and summary counts only (for example record counts, providers detected, finding severity totals). We do not store the raw CSV/JSON contents.
- Scan lead submissions use the same private Vercel Blob lead store as the pilot form, with
source=scan.
What the pilot form collects
- Name, work email, company, role, tools you marked, and notes you wrote
- Consent to be contacted about the pilot, and optionally for product updates
- Submission time, page source, and basic technical metadata needed for abuse prevention (for example approximate request time and a hashed network identifier)

Where it is stored and subprocessors
- This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States / global edge network)
- Pilot-request form submissions are stored in private Vercel Blob object storage operated by Vercel Inc., used only to receive and retain leads you submit
- We do not sell leads or send them to a marketing CRM by default

Cookies and trackers
- No third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site as of this version
- Fonts are self-hosted
- No non-essential third-party cookies; if trackers are added later, this notice and consent UI will be updated first
Pilots
- Shadow recording and replay are designed to stay local with optional redaction
- Read-only connectors use your credentials
- A signed pilot agreement and data processing terms apply when you start a pilot
- No AI gateway subprocessors for the local pilot unless listed and agreed in writing
Sharing and retention
- We do not sell leads
- Delete on request; pilot materials typically within about thirty days after a pilot ends unless you ask to retain for a paid follow-on
Your rights
